Simple entertainment center, made with Birch plywood and Red Cedar legs. Finished look is natural. All legs have impurities and imperfections left in them to give it a more rustic look.
Currently this entertainment center has no polyurethane on it, but will once wood is completely dried, a coat will be applied, to seal it and give it a more finished look.
Entertainment Center pictured above with added shelves. This is the finished product, still without polyurethane coat. Side legs have natural curves and bark has been removed. Also, the legs over extend above the top shelf.
Custom made Jewelry box. Made from Cypress, Juniper & Pine, with Mahogany colored stain. Free standing on a base, approximately 30" tall.
Inside the jewelry box, hooks for necklaces, with a carousel that spins on the left. Hooks also, along the doors for shorter items.
Pine hope chest, made from a shipping crate. Lid is hinged, and has chains to hold it open.
Lids of the hope chest is open, and Mahogany stained throughout.

Mahogany stained kitchen table bench, with black painted legs. Bench is constructed from pine wood. 17" tall, 16" wide, and 4' long. Matches the table in the following photographs.
Mahogany stained kitchen table, with black base and legs. Table is 9.5' long and 42" wide, 30" high. Could seat 14 average adults, 3 per bench, and one chair at each end. 4 benches included.

Cypress and Red Cedar log Queen size bed. Bed is all round log, rails are Cypress. Bark has been removed but shape has been left natural. Currently bed does not have polyurethane coat on it, but will when wood has completely dried.
Log bed frame without mattress. Mattresses are NOT included. Rails sit 10-12" off the floor.
Red Cedar, Birch and Pine horseshoe headboard Queen size bed. Originally made for Derren's daughter, but now resides in his room. Headboard has the look of mountains with the horseshoe in the middle, then the profile Red Cedar horse heads on the front.
Closeup of the horseshoe in the middle of the headboard. Nail holes were burned into the wood with a piece of wire.
Red Cedar lamp. Derren cut the tree down, cut the wood and made the lamp. Lamp has received a polyurethane coat on it, which brings out the red coloring in the wood. Lamp shade is included.

Pine king size headboard, with red mahogany stain. This headboard was custom made for a friend. Top piece of wood has rounded edges, for a more softer look. Approximately 76" wide and 5' tall.
